Each box contains 1 large 4" vanilla flavour cookie which is glued with royal icing to a food safe cushion pad, heat sealed in a cellophane bag for freshness, displayed in a clear lidded gift box and finished with ribbon and tag.

Cookie ingredients: Vanilla bean - Plain Flour (wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)]), stork block (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (75%) (Rapeseed, Palm1, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.4%), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Citric Acid), Vitamin A and D, Flavourings), caster sugar, free range (eggs), vanilla extract,, cornflour.

Vanilla flavoured royal icing ingredients: icing sugar, meringue powder (wheat starch; dried egg albumen; sugar; starch; acidity regulators: calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid; dextrose; stabiliser: guar gum), vanilla extract (water, acidity regulator: E330), light corn syrup (light corn syrup, salt, vanilla) and food colouring.

Although cookies are dairy free, all cookies are baked in a domestic kitchen that handles dairy as well as other allergens such as nuts and fish.
