Can you post/ship your cookies?

YES! All my cookies are postable within the UK. I send them either Royal Mail Tracked 24 ot Tracked 48 so they arrive quickly and safely at their destination.

Postal prices start at £6.00 and varies depending on quantities ordered.

How big are your cookies? 

Typically my regular cookies range in size from 3-4".

I also offer mini cookies which are 2" in size and will be priced accordingly.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes - 6 single regular size, or 12 single mini size.

What flavour are your cookies?

My cookies are a vanilla bean sugar cookie topped with vanilla royal icing as standard.

What do your cookies contain?

Cookie ingredients: Vanilla bean - Plain Flour (wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)]), stork block (Vegetable Oils in varying proportions (75%) (Rapeseed, Palm1, Sunflower), Water, Salt (1.4%), Emulsifier (Mono and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids), Acid (Citric Acid), Vitamin A and D, Flavourings), caster sugar, free range (eggs), vanilla bean paste (Sugar, Water, Vanilla Extract, Vanilla Beans, Gum Tragacanth (a natural thickener)), cornflour.

Vanilla flavoured royal icing ingredients: icing sugar, meringue powder (wheat starch; dried egg albumen; sugar; starch; acidity regulators: calcium lactate, tartaric acid, cream of tartar, lactic acid; dextrose; stabiliser: guar gum), vanilla extract (water, acidity regulator: E330), light corn syrup (light corn syrup, salt, vanilla) and food colouring.

Can you do gluten free or vegan cookies?

Unfortunately not. I was recommended by the Health Inspector that the risk of contamination is too high!

Fun fact though, my cookies are dairy free as standard!

Where do you bake your cookies?

I bake and decorate my cookies from home in a domestic kitchen, which has been inspected and awarded a food hygiene rating of 5 by Shropshire Council (23/09/19).

How long do your cookies last?

My cookies are best eaten fresh but have a best before of at least 4 weeks if stored correctly. Keep them in their original packaging and place somewhere cool and dry like a cupboard. Please don't put them in the fridge as this will cause condensation and ruin them. 

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes! To freeze your cookies, place them in an airtight container. To defrost, take them out of the freezer the night before you need them. DO NOT open the container until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
