Shipping and delivery

As much as I would love to hand deliver each and every order, unfortunately, I often need the help of Royal Mail for my cookies. I do my best to package cookies for a rough ride, but broken cookies are a possibility and a non-refundable risk you take when placing a postal order. Also – whilst I use Royal Mail tracked 24 or 48 for postage, I can’t guarantee that “rain, sleet, snow or hail” won’t delay your order. Refunds can’t be offered – but know that they’re on their way. Once tracking information is provided, claims for lost orders can be done through me 10 working days after your order is due. Please send me an email at [email protected]
